If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from date received to return and/or exchange your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging containing its receipt.  Any item that shows signs of use will not be accepted for exchange or refund. 
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your paypal id. Any shipping or handling fees will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed.All items returned are done so at the buyer expense. If your order has an item that is currently out of stock, it will may take upto 10 to 12 days to prepare to ship. If you would like us to partially ship (ship the in stock items now and the backorders separately),In that case we will charge only one time shipping .
